90% more form inquiries with Stockholm Massage Academy!🙌


The first month of January in partnership with Stockholm Massage Academy, we managed to increase the form inquiries through Google Ads by 90,32% registered in Google Ads and in the backend with 130%, resulting in a successful course at the end of January. This is something we managed by scaling the budget up in the Google Ads campaigns while making sure the budget was being used as efficiently as possible with relevant exclusions and strategic targeting.


The Company

Stockholm Massage Academy, a leader in massage therapy training since 2006, provides elite massage services for artists and hosts at Melodifestivalen—Sweden's largest production. Head instructor Stefan Malmsten, a certified massage therapist with extensive experience, leads courses at the prime Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena in central Stockholm.


The Challenge

Tracking Google Ads effectiveness was tough due to poor account structure: multiple primary conversion actions, unsegmented campaigns (no brand vs. non-brand split), and overflowing search term reports needing exclusions. This blocked efficient scaling from the start.


The Solution

We streamlined by:

● Setting form inquiries as the single primary conversion action—their key goal.

● Auditing search terms to add critical exclusions.

● Analyzing campaign performance to reallocate budgets to top performers.


Ongoing communication with Stefan Malmsten ensured alignment and quick wins.


The Results

Since our late-October 2025 partnership, we've driven more conversions and course signups. In January 2026 vs. 2025:


● Form inquiries up 90.32% (Google Ads) and 130% (backend).
